He accused BRS of involvement in alleged ‘scams,’ citing examples such as the Kaleswaram lift irrigation project, and criticized the current Congress administration for what he described as a lack of decisive action, opting instead to let files accumulate without action. Previously known as Telangana Rashtra Samiti (TRS) under the leadership of K. Chandrasekhar Rao, the party underwent a transformation and was renamed Bharat Rashtra Samiti after ruling the state for nearly a decade until late 2023.
During the rally, the Prime Minister outlined numerous development initiatives implemented across the country in the past 15 days, emphasizing their contribution to advancing ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’ towards ‘Viksit Bharat’ (self-reliant India to developed India). PM Modi emphasized his party’s commitment to the welfare of Adivasis, highlighting that utmost priority is being given to their well-being in this regard.
The parties entrenched in dynastic politics found themselves unable to match the strides made by his government in uplifting the Adivasi community.
He emphasized that the forthcoming establishment of the “Samakka-Sarakka” central tribal university in the state served as tangible evidence of his government’s unwavering commitment to prioritizing the welfare of the Adivasi community.
Moreover, he noted that the concept of “Modi’s Guarantee” for development had gained traction nationwide, and the successful execution of diverse initiatives serves as evidence that “there is a certainty that Modi’s assurance will be realized.”
